  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced

  • 2 cups watercress, tough stalks removed
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Chicken, Pineapple & Rice Salad Recipe.  Here’s a delightful and filling whole grain rice dish that’s very tasty and easy to make.  This recipe for chicken fried rice is made from fresh pineapple and boneless chicken.
