Muscat Grape Frappe

Muscat Grape Frappe, The flavour and perfume of the Muscat grape is rarely more enticing than when captured in this icy-cool salad. Because of its alcohol content, this dish is not suitable for young children.

SERVES 4
Muscat Grape Frappe Recipe 

Muscat Grape Frappe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bottle Muscat Wine, Beaumes de Venise, Frontignan or Rivsalte
  • 1 lb. Muscat Grapes

Cooking Instructions:

  • Pour the wine into a stainless-steel or enamel tray, add 2/3 cup water and freeze for 3 hours or until completely solid.
  • Remove the seeds from the grapes with a pair of tweezers. If you have time, peel the grapes.
  • Scrape the frozen wine with a spoon to make a fine ice. And spoon into 4 shallow glasses.
