Muscat Grape Frappe, The flavour and perfume of the Muscat grape is rarely more enticing than when captured in this icy-cool salad. Because of its alcohol content, this dish is not suitable for young children.

Muscat Grape Frappe Ingredients: |
- 1/2 bottle Muscat Wine, Beaumes de Venise, Frontignan or Rivsalte
- 1 lb. Muscat Grapes
Cooking Instructions: |
- Pour the wine into a stainless-steel or enamel tray, add 2/3 cup water and freeze for 3 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove the seeds from the grapes with a pair of tweezers. If you have time, peel the grapes.
- Scrape the frozen wine with a spoon to make a fine ice. And spoon into 4 shallow glasses.
